Dec 9 2014 : Monday on Tuesday

Well, I managed to get very VERY little accomplished today. It is now 5:30pm and I am still in my pajamas. At this point, why bother?

I did over-haul the website, new design and whatnot. I like the look of it. I’m not done just yet, still have some tweaks to make and stuff. I just lack the motivation at the time.

I guess my mini-vacation has thrown my internal systems off. It has felt like Monday all day to me. Well, when I managed to climb out of bed here and there. I had REALLY missed my own bed. And fat cat has been all over me, so its been nice to just cuddle with her.

No writing, no gaming, not much of anything of merit was done today. As a matter of fact, since the temperatures have dropped again, I’m thinking of going and snuggling into my posh purple puffy blanket again and dragging the fat cat with me.

I have a clear outline as to what I want to do tomorrow. HOPEFULLY…I will be able to stick to it and get back on my regular schedule with my routine. I feel out of whack.

Did I mention the temperatures dropped again. NO LIKE! I live in the south for a reason. I do not like the cold. Ick.

You reminded me of ‘me’ today, yesterday and everyday! I overhauled several of my blogs over the weekend and tried to accomplish something worthwhile everyday for the past week! I accomplished something but there seems to be no end to it. I try and relax and that little creature in the back of my mind reminds me I need to answer an email or put something on the site! And it is cold here – I had on warm pj’s all day yesterday and half the day today until I had to run down to the library to send a fax! I have a fax machine but it’s not hooked up and I don’t feel like fooling with it right now!

Tomorrow is another day and I hope I get everything done. But again, no end in site. I have to start designing and laying a couple of magazines! I enjoy it very much but I have a three year old grandson who lives with me (I’ve had him since he was 2 months old) and believe me, he wants all my attention when he can get it. So in between my work, and taking care of him, and helping with church duties, I am a busy woman!

So now, after a long exhausting day, the baby watching Peter Rabbit and finally settling down for the evening, I am fixing to take a shower, cuddle up in my room under the covers and watch a movie or two I recorded days before!

It is cold here in the south — too cold for my blood. Hopefully January won’t be as bad but that’s wishful thinking – southern weather is a little wishy-washy and you can’t always tell what it is going to do whether it spring, summer, winter or fall!

I too have a clear outline of what I need to do tomorrow and just hope that, like you, i can get back on track! You have a warm and blessed evening and snuggle with your kitty (I love cats!). We’ll see how tomorrow turns out. Good Evening…

Well, my evening picked up after my reply earlier! My daughter and her two sons, 7 and 10, came over and Mamaw had to help with the gingerbread train! It was one of the ugliest trains I ever saw but the boys thought it was wonderful. They ate parts of it before we finished but we had fun as usual!
Since tomorrow is school they had to leave early and Baby Kendray and I are heading off to beds ourselves. The sweet treat gave him an extra boost but he usually goes night night by 9!
    Have a lovely evening all…
